QMS was also implemented in service departments like HR, Accounts, Admin, ITS, Medical, Security, Estate, etc. along with all production related departments (Planning, Quality Control, Mining, Maintenance, Materials & Stores etc.).

Coordinated Quality Circle activities (120 quality circles in the division).

Introduced 5' S teams concept and 80 teams were registered in the division.

Continuous improvement projects through Juran's Project by Project Quality Improvement. Improvement projects were identified through 'GAP analysis' in the division and implementation is monitored for more than 60 teams.
